The former Premier has scoffed at Gen Kale Kayihura, after the Inspector General of Police said he would not allow Amama Mbabazi to conduct nationwide consultations. Currently in the United States, Mbabazi was appearing on the Voice of America Straight talk hosted by Shaka Ssali, a Ugandan journalist. Mbabazi said the incumbent should smell the coffee because change is inevitable.
