
Amama Mbabazi brings Mbale to a standstill – NTV

Business came to a standstill in Mbale town as Former Premier John Patrick Amama Mbabazi began his first consultative Meeting in the Elgon Region today. Mbabazi, who arrived in Mbale at about Midday, was welcomed amidst cheers and ululation. There was a brief standoff between Police and crowds before they were allowed access to the Rally grounds The consultive meetings will take Mbabazi to Kapchorwa tomorrow, Soroti on Wednesday and Jinja on Thursday.
