A lawyer to former premier Amama Mbabazi, says he is still the Secretary General and will resume his duties on 1st January 2015. Mbabazi whose leave ends Thursday 1st January says he will only cease to hold the coveted position in July 2015. But the NRM party deputy Spokesperson, Ofwono Opondo, has scoffed at Mbabazi saying he is engaging in wishful thinking.
