Former Prime Minister Amama Mbabazi has declared that he will be offering himself for Presidency in the 2016 General Election ending long months of speculation. In a 5 minute You-tube Video, Mbabazi says he will vie for the position of the NRM flag bearer at the party’s delegates conference and later as Presidential candidate in the 2016 general election.
