Mbabazi speaks out on Aine’s disappearance – NTV
Kampala, Uganda – East Africa / January 6, 2016
The former premier and now presidential candidate Amama Mbabazi has linked the disappearance of the head of his security Christopher Aine to orders issued by president Museveni to arrest his aides. Barely after violence spiraled out of control in Ntungamo district where Mbabazi’s security beat up NRM supporters who tried to disrupt his rally, the president warned starkly that the former premier’s supporters would face arrest. Mbabazi also accused police of taking sides in the aftermath of the Ntungamo violence.
