
Mbabazi’s aide set free by general court martial – NTV

Prosecution has withdrawn all the charges against Emmy Katabazi, an operative of the Internal Security Organization who was an aide to former premier and presidential candidate Amama Mbabazi . Katabazi’s case was before the General Court Martial in Makindye, Kampala. He was arrested last year for conducting himself in manner prejudicial to good order in the army and taking unofficial leave of absence. This was the first case before Lt. Gen Andrew Gutti, the the new chairman of the General Court Martial.
