Vice President of the Republic of Uganda H.E Maj. Jessica Rose Alupo Epel has met a team from Karamoja Peace and Technology University (KAPATU) project at her office in Kampala. The team was led by Rt. Rev. Dominic Eibu MCCJ, the KAPATU President, and included among others KAPATU Council chairperson Counsel Twinobusingye Severino, DVCAA Prof. Annette Kezaabu and Hon. Lokii Peter Abrahams, the MP for Jie County-Kotido district.
